Shipping
Q. What are the shipping charges on AAREKH products?
AAREKH charges appropriate shipping charges according to weight of item and distance.For international orders, appropriate shipping cost is charged.

Q. How long will it take to receive the ordered products?
We attempt to process every order and ship within 24 hrs. Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering. Depending upon your location within India, post ordering this should take overall 4-8 days to get delivered.

Q. What will be the mode of delivery?
AAREKH delivers by Indian Post or renounced courier service providers.

Q. Can I ship internationally?
Yes, you can ship internationally to all major countries. Appropriate shipping cost will be charged for the same.

Payments
Q. What are the payment options available at AAREKH ?
The payment options we support are:
Credit card/ Debit Cards/Netbanking
We take payment by PayU Money payment gateway which process all credit card, Debit card, Net banking transactions over secure encrypted connection.

Q. Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option?
Currently, AAREKH does not offer COD payment option.

Q. What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from AAREKH. In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:
Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address etc…
Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 24 hrs. You can get in touch with Customer Care with your order number.
Return/Modify/Cancel

Q. How do I return the product if it is defective/damaged?
In case the product received has any defect, please notify us on info@aarekh.com or call us on any phone numbers with your order no. within 7 days of receiving the product. We will address the issue in a manner, favorable to you and reprocess your order if required.

Q. Can I cancel the order after it is placed?
While there is no option for customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

Q. Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can modify an order until it has gone into processing, for which you should get in touch with us.

Ordering & Tracking
Q. How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by Logging in to your Account. your order number and the details of the status will appear there.

Q. How can I track my product shipment?
Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked by contacting us either by E-mail or by Phone.

Q. How will I know if order is placed successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation from AAREKH once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.
